Account & contact data (name, phone number, language, city). Profile data you provide or that the AI helps capture (headline, summary, work history, education, skills, competencies). Employer data (company, sector, vacancies). Usage and device data needed to operate and secure the service.

To create and manage your account; build your profile and competency picture; match seekers with vacancies; estimate salary ranges; provide support; secure the Platform; and improve our services.
4. AI & automated processing
We use AI to help build job descriptions, estimate competency levels (an unverified baseline you can verify by assessment), and rank candidates by fit. These outputs support — but do not replace — human decisions, and you can edit or refresh much of what the AI infers.
5. How we share information
Employers can see candidate profiles relevant to their vacancies (with controlled access to contact details). We may share data with service providers who help us operate the Platform, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion subject to those obligations.
7. Your rights & choices
You can access and update most of your profile at any time, control parts of what is shared, change your language, and request a copy or deletion of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
