1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of 101Forsa (the “Platform”), operated by its owning company in Iraq. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Employers and organizations must be duly registered and authorized to recruit in Iraq.

3. Accounts & security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Keep your phone number, passcode, and one-time codes confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully. You must not post false, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content; impersonate others; scrape or harvest data; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts.

5. Jobs, vacancies & matching

Job descriptions, competency profiles, salary ranges, and matching results are decision-support tools generated in part by automated systems. They are provided “as is” to assist your choices.

101Forsa is not a party to any employment relationship and does not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, salaries, or the accuracy of information provided by seekers or employers.

6. Wallet, fees & payments

Certain features (such as unlocking candidate details) may require credits in your wallet. Applicable fees, subsidies, and credit balances are shown before you confirm an action. Unless required by law, paid credits are non-refundable once used.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its content, and its branding are owned by the company or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process it to operate the service.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Iraqi law, the company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on matching results.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time; certain records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and disputes are subject to the competent Iraqi courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.
